What do you do when there's internal disagreement on a premise for a new product?

We'll walk through how by going outside the required document templates, we visually surfaced new information and connections.

In an organisation with heavy waterfall approval and governance processes, we needed to convince sceptics before even submitting a proposal. However, this would also be relevant for any situation or organisation where there are entrenched opposing opinions.
